Product Description

The XJ01E series motor soft starter cabinet adopts intelligent technology to apply and control the starter cabinet developed by thyristor AC voltage regulation technology to realize the start and stop of the AC induction motor. Startup and stop refers to the process of the device's output voltage rising according to certain setting requirements, so that the voltage of the controlled motor rises from zero to full voltage, and the rotation speed is correspondingly accelerated from zero smoothly to the rated speed, avoiding the impact of star three angles and self-coupling starters on the equipment power grid, and the working performance is stable and reliable.

The user's wiring is convenient for three in and out. The cabinet is equipped with circuit breakers, AC contactors, soft starters, copper rows and related components. The soft starter cabinet is controlled by an 8-16-bit single-chip microcomputer to realize the digitization of data processing. The starting and stopping voltage/current slope are controlled by a single-chip microcomputer, and the automatic current limit control is controlled by electricity. The flow transformer is sampled, and the current closed-loop feedback control is introduced to realize automatic current limiting control. The soft starter cabinet has fault self-diagnosis and protection functions such as current-limited start, voltage-limited voltage start, double slope start, pulse conflict jump start, prevent water hammer effect, multiple control and overload, phase breakage overcurrent overtemperature and other fault self-diagnosis and protection functions, and can be integrated into the existing automatic control system.

The new product adopts ABB soft starter technology, uses microprocessor chips with advanced performance, and intelligent digital programming technology. The product has the technical performance of similar products. At present, the new product is in an advanced position in China.
